This feature allows the site to show you more information than normal that
is geared directly to you. For example it allows the site to welcome you
directly when you visit and show you news that is for your ward besides the
news for the stake.
The name is only what the site will call you and will be how the site
will identify you. If you delete your cookies (IE or Netscape) then
you would need redo this form if you wanted the site to still be
able to customize itself. To see ward custom information you
will need to fill the form again setting a new ward. The site will
still remember the old settings and and add the new ones. When the
form changes with new parameters needed then the site will alert
you automatically to update this form.
